Created, lakes were selected from cffl and made into a poly coverage. Added lakes outside of cff's from bmplakes. for the waterbodies on or near the malheur nf
Julie is now with R3 in Santa Fe
used DOQs in some areas and corrected some lines. Added many NAMEs using gnis.

Appended Snow Mountain district "lake" coverage. Created LLID's using the calcllid_poly aml. Dropped Delintment Lake and Buck Spring Reservoir from the SM coverage as they were already on the Malheur coverage.

Converted from coverage
Appended non redundent waterbodies from indivual forests waterbody layers. Keep the polys from the local forest. Remainder of polys were keep from the Malhuer NF layer.
