Coverage was created by first heads up digitizing on orthos at 1:10000 scale from hand drawn line locations on paper ortho maps. Orthos and forest boundary were refence locations for line arc locations. Rapid locations were placed by spliting arcs a short distance above and below actual rapid locations. Local rapid names were given by the Law Enforcement group.
