Attibutes where checked against valid values by joining feature attribute tables to external Databases to check for inconsistances. Checks for key fields where completed by testing the frequency of the data.

Logical_Consistency_Report:

Permissable attribute values were checked using lookup values in ArcInfo Tables. Build was completed at publication time for Polygon coverages if necessary. Dangles were eliminated where necessary. All editing was done using ArcInfo 7.x or 8.x for these test.

Completeness_Report:

Coverage is complete except for cleaning up attribute data in both the associated database and on the coverage so the all linkage between the coverage is complete and all records are accountable. This process is with Dave Powell at this point in time.

Coverage was created by delinating stands on 1:12000 scale aerial photos and then transferring the stand delineations to 1:24000 scale pbs quads. The quads were then scanned and processed with LTPlus to create vector data from the raste scanned image. The quads were then edgemapped and then the polygons were attributed.
