Added Umatilla ATM coverage was used as a base and was used as a dissolve source. ATM polygons were marked as to there ability to allow overland vehicle traffic. Also one polygon was split by inserting the 22 road into atm polygon and using it to split polygons. All areas to the west of 22 road were open to overland travel.
