Coverage was generated from a shape file supplied by Gary Popek for the Heppner RD portion. Some of these points were from recreation GPS files. The rest of heppner locations were from an unknown source. NFJD points came as a coverage from Chris Helberg. These locations were generated through heads up digitizing off otho photos. Coverage was made by matching the structure between the two files and then appending together.
