Logical_Consistency_Report:

Permissable attribute values were checked using lookup values in ArcInfo Tables. Build was completed at publication time for Polygon coverages if necessary. Dangles were eliminated where necessary. All editing was done using ArcInfo 7.x or 8.x for these test.

Attributes where added after shape file was created using joinitem from botanys database of collection data.
