Icbemp subwatershed coverage was converted to a feature class in a personal geodatabase. Tabular data was received from PIBO personnel. The projection was changed to R6 Albers and data was imported in to a personal geodatabase. Data from PIBO was joined to the coverage using the huc6 number as the join field.
