Cooperative Travel Management Areas of Eastern Oregon in the Blue Mountain Province. State of Oregon area only. Only the roads within the Cooperative Travel Management Areas that are posted with a green reflector (dot) and the adjacent area within 300 feet of those roads, are open to motorized vehicles during the period of restrictions beginning 3 days prior to general deer season.
Motorized vehicles travel within the Travel Management Area boundary on all other roads and trails, and cross-country is prohibited.
Under some circumstances, special permits may be issued by the Malheur National Forest for administrative, commercial, law enforcement or emergency vehicle use on roads closed to the general public.
