Original line locations were placed on mylar using PBS quads as a base. The next step was to scan the quads and register the line work after the raster lines were processed by LTplus. The line work was edge matched along quad boundaries and polygons were then built. Attributes were added in MOSS. The MOSS layer was converted to a coverage in 1996. The triforest allotment coverage was put together in ArcEdit in 2003. Regions were created in 2003 based on allotment no and pasture number combinations.
Fences and fence attributes were added in Spring 2004 for the umatilla. Fences were moved to match the Allotment boundary on the Umatilla.
Allotment and pasture CN, Allotment and Pasture Names were added by selecting by forest and then connecting to the forest INFRA database by the allotment no or by the allotment and pasture number concatenation to the INFRA view named fsdba.ii_rge_rmu_v

Updated the location of numerous fence locations on the Baker, Pine, and Unity districts. Also, corrected the location of some fences on the Blue Mountain district of the Malheur. Corrected the private land portion of the Toomey alloment on the Hells Canyon NRA.
Converted the whole personnel geodatabase to a file geodatabase. No other structure changes were made.
