Vale BLM updated ownership for the area around the Umatilla NF. Receive a feature class LUP_BRMP_20080829 which was the Vale BLM boundary and a feature class BRA_BKRMP_Own_COB_Sections which showed ownership. Where this layer and the BMPROV/ownership layer differed outside the forest boundary changes were made. Where differences were within the admin forest boundary or the BLM data called ownership FS and our ownership called it something else, the data was reviewed in the Lands books prior to making any changes. Most of these changes were not made as the Lands books verified the BMPROV/ownership layer. Two ownership attributes added E and W.

After feature class was converted to a file geodatabase feature class there was many small overlaps and gaps in the polygon data. A topology feature class was created to check for these errors and they were corrected. A new field called LSA was created to store the district information for the forest. Manager field was updated to show which forest managed the forest service ownership. Administrative _Forest and Ranger_District feature classes were recreated from the manager and LSA fields using the Dissolve command. These fields are to be maintained so that future feature class can be created after line locations are updated.
