There is no harvest activity on NFJD district for the years of 1937-1962, 1964-1969, 2001, 2002, 2004. There is no harvest activity on Pomerory district for the years of 1937-1957. There is no harvest activity on the Walla Walla District for the years 1937- 1954, and 2004.

New units are added in yearly intervals by district. Each year a new yearly coverage is generated either from Pathfinder GPS files or are heads up digitized from hard drawn maps. Each district yearly coverage is then ran through polyregion command and each distinct harvest unit is coverted into a region. These regions are then appended together to form the forest wide coverage. Two items are maintained to allow for backward compatability to district legacy databases and to allow to connect aspatial data stored in ADB database to coverage.
