Coverage was created using Roads, Orthophotos, Developed rec_site_pt coverage, Streams, DRGS as reference location. Polygons were heads up digitized Using ArcView 3.3.  Coverage attributes were populated on the polygon coverage by linking to the INFRA Recreation tables by the name of the Developed Rec site.  Control numbers were then calulated into the coverage using a relate to the INFRA database by a match on the Name of the site.  The INFRA database used was the Umatilla NF Database.
The regiondissolve command was used to create the region delvelopement
