Title: Recreational Opportunity Spectrum
Abstract:
This layer stores the recreation opportunity spectrum for the forest. It is a polygon coverage containing information on the recreation opportunity spectrum. The layer is not yet complete (10-26-92). All line data and attributes have been input, however, the coverage has not been checked for errors.
Supplemental_Information:
This layer was digitized off of paper 1:126720 topographic maps. The polygons were drawn onto these maps with colored pencils and highlighters by landscape architects. There is no current procedure for updating the ROS layer of the Siuslaw National Forest.
