Description:

Abstract:

The LandMgmtPlanPolygon feature class contains polygon corporate data which depicts Forest Plan land management allocations as well as the Northwest Forest Plan (NWFP) allocations. This feature class is a product of the Pacific Northwest Region Coverage to Geodatabase Conversion Project in an effort to standardize data throughout the Region. The Rogue River land and Resource management plan strategy areas were merged with Northwest Forest Plan allocations using LT4X software to create a draft revised Rogue River Land and Resource Management Plan. In the merging process, the identification of a specific management strategy reflects the most restrictive or predominant set of directions. This may not be the only set of applicable directions; other restrictions from other strategies may also apply. Additional direction, such as "key watershed", may apply as well.

Purpose:

Corporate data contained within the LandMgmtPlanPolygon feature class is intended for spatial display and analysis purposes.
