Supplemental_Information:
Hood River UA last updated 12.31.2007: GC (MG) edited UA from eastern boundary at shoreline along southern boundary westward and north to Meredith hostel parcel.  Ben Beseda of Tenneson provided surveyed boundary of this parcel which was eventually agreed upon as the proper boundary by Don Karsh and HR county.  From this parcel, the HR UGB was slightly offset from the Tenneson line and parcel boundaries.  The UA follows the Tenneson line and parcel at approximately 478254, 1294863 coordinate (UTM NAD83 meters).  The UA then follows the UGB from this point north to the shoreline where it continues to follow it until approximately 479312, 1295346 coordinate where it excludes a small peninsula.   The peninsula is not included in the original plan map and other documentation regarding this could not be found. After the peninsula, the UA then again follows the UGB along the shoreline until approximately 481081, 1295570 coordinate where the UGB juts into the water until about  482706, 1295612 coordinate.  This is documented in the 11.10.1997 memo "Review of Urban Area Mapping Discrepancies". The UA then follows the UGB again to the starting point of the eastern boundary at the shoreline.
