Services Emergency medical services available at the Arnold Medical Clinic in the Meadowmont Shopping Center in Arnold, or at Mark Twain St. Joseph's Hospital in San Andreas (Highway 49). Gas, groceries, camping supplies are available in Bear Valley and at Lake Alpine Lodge. Public (fee) showers available at Lake Alpine Lodge.
Site Manager American Land and Leisure (concessionaire). Campground host on-site.
Special The Lake Alpine provides a wide variety of recreation opportunities, including low-speed boating (boat launch available), fishing, hiking, and biking. Interpretive Programs are offered by Forest Service rangers during the summer months.
