Bloomfield Campground Elevation 7,800 Setting Campsites are located in a timbered setting along the banks of the North Fork Mokelumne River near Highland Lakes Directions Highway 4 to Highland Lakes road; follow Highland Lakes road two miles south to campground Road Access Highland Lakes Road is narrow, steep and winding dirt route where safe travel speeds average 20 mph or less Total Campsites 20 Walk-In Campsites   Max. Vehicle Length Not recommended for trailers. Max. Length of Stay 14 days Max. Group Size six persons per site Water Hand pump well Restrooms Vault Tables At all campsites Stoves Fire rings at all campsites Fee $8.00 Reservations first-come, first-served Season of Use Open late June through October, weather permitting Services Emergency medical services are available at the Arnold Medical Clinic in the Meadowmont Shopping Center in Arnold (Calaveras County).
