- FSEIS, Vol. 1, page 267, heading "Selected prey species" should be new bullet in preceding list: "No measurable differences between alternatives for selected prey species"
- FSEIS, Vol. 1, page 291, heading "Adaptive Management Program" should be moved in front of preceding paragraph beginning "As part of the S2 Adaptive Management Program..."
- FSEIS, Vol. 1, page 322, Table 4.4.1e, Replace entire table with new table below which corrects values for Alternatives S1 and S2; corrects table caption from earnings to total earnings; and includes footnotes on sources for values.

- FSEIS, Vol. 1, Chapter 3, page 143 - 145. Fire Effects on PACs. Table 3.2.2.3b PACs Significantly Diminished by Wildfire, 1999-2002. Replace the entire table with the table below which corrects reporting and analysis errors in this section. The table only includes PACs that have lost at least 25% of the original activity center versus the original table which includes as little as one acre changed to non-suitable habitat. In the FSEIS, it states that 18 owl PACs were lost since 1998 due to wildfire, using a standard of 30% change to non-suitable habitat, which equates to an average annual loss or severely modified of 4.5 PACs per year. The corrected table using a definition of loss or severely modified as a 50% change to non-suitable owl habitat, identifies 20 owl PACs lost to wildfire, this equates to an average annual loss of 5.0 PACs per year (Note - using a 30% standard, the annual rate of loss is over 6%). The new table also identifies if the affected owl PAC was restored to 300+ acres by finding replacement acres within 1.5 miles of the original PAC as directed in the Record of Decision or was deleted due to finding no suitable acres or still is being tracked although no suitable acres were found.
