Recreation - McKinley Area Camping

Setting	Located about a 5/10 of a mile from the McKinley Grove of Giant Sequoias. Campground has some slopes and flat areas. Good shade from cedar, fir and sugar pine trees.
Directions	Take Hwy 168 east from Clovis towards Prather. Continue through Prather to Shaver Lake. Just before you reach Shaver Lake turn right on the Dinkey Creek Road. Travel 11.7 miles east to the intersection of the Dinkey Creek and McKinley Grove Road. Turn right and travel 6.2 miles campground is located just past McKinley Grove.
