The Kern River Ranger District is preparing an environmental assessment for the Southern California Edison Pioneer Siphon Pipe Installation Project. The project proposes actions for the installation of a drainage pipeline at the Pioneer Siphon along the Borel Canal, located near Bodfish in Kern County, California.
