The Kern River Ranger District is preparing an environmental assessment for the Southern California Edison Profanity flume Fish Rescue Facility Project. The project proposes actions for the development and improvement of a fish rescue facility located at Profanity flume along the Borel Canal, located near Bodfish in Kern County, California.
