Added polygons from EcoMap07 to EcoregionsCalifornia94_1 that were not previously in the layer. These additional polygons were along the North and East edge between the State boundary and the 30 mile buffer. These polygons were added to make sure no data was lost along the edges of the State boundary. Additionally, three island boundaries were updated in the Southwest.
