Pepperdine Campground
This campground has always been a great spot for horseback riding
through the woods.
- Getting There: 13 miles east of Alturas on Co. Rd. #56
to the Modoc National Forest Boundary, then another 6 miles on
Forest Road 42N31 (Parker Creek Road), then south on the Pepperdine
access road.

- 5 RV and tent units/up to 16 feet
- Picnic table and fire pit at each campsite
- Vault toilets
- Drinking water throughout campsite
- Road Access is via gravel and dirt roads
