Lower Rush Creek Campground

Getting There:

Located 7.5 miles northeast of Adin on Highway 299 to Alturas. The campground is about 1.5 miles off the highway on a dirt road. Lower Rush Creek Campground does not offer as much shade as Upper Rush Creek, but the creek runs through the campground providing a peaceful setting.

Elevation: 4,400 feet above sea level

 

Season: Generally May - October

 

Facilities:

• 10 RV and tent units (up to 22 feet)
• Picnic table and fire pit at each campsite
• Vault toilets
• Drinking water throughout campsite
