We've broken the topographical map (courtesy
of National Geographic) of the Middle
Klamath River into sections to make your
trip
plans
easier. Rafting
the entire length of this 105 mile section
of river could take as much as two weeks
when considering layover days, water
flows, weather conditions and season
of year. The river maps are not broken
into segments that can be floated in
one day, some segments may take two days
or more to complete.
You'll find a variety
of rapids along
the route
as well as quiet water, swimming holes,
beaches and campgrounds. The maps
listed in the table below are ordered
from the eastern forest boundary heading
west with the flow of the river.
