Shadow Creek Campground has shady camping units in a mixed conifer setting on the East Fork of the Salmon River.

Fishing is available on the East Fork of the Salmon River next to the campground.

Hiking

Nearby trailheads include the Deacon Lee into the Russian Wilderness and the Carter Meadow area with trails into the Trinity Alps Wilderness.
