Crowley Lake Watershed Grazing Allotment Analysis EA - Notice of Decision As the Responsible Official, District Ranger Jon Regelbrugge signed a Decision Notice (DN) and Finding of No Significant Impact (FONSI) on July 20, 2009, selecting Alternative 2, Modified Proposed Action, which authorizes grazing on eleven of the twelve allotments analyzed in the EA. |
Many of the Inyo's developed recreation sites were built 30-50 years ago. Since then, visitor preferences and demographics have changed. |
