Final Environmental Impact Statement


The individual documents listed below are arranged in the order they are found in the printed volumes, as follows: Record of Decision, the Final Environmental Impact Statement (FEIS) Chapters, the FEIS Appendices, and the FEIS Map Packet.

The Record of Decision is a stand-alone document describing the decision made by the Sequoia National Forest Supervisor to implement Modified Alternative 6. The FEIS Chapters section contains a Cover Page, the Table of Contents, the Summary, and Chapters I through VIII. The FEIS Appendices section contains a Cover Page, a Table of Contents, and Appendices A through I. The FEIS Map Packet section contains twelve large maps. They are listed by their titles and descriptions. These maps are 24" x 36" in size and are intended to be printed on a large format plotter or printer.

Please note that some of these files are very large. The length of time for loading files will depend on the speed of your connection to the Internet.
