Existing VIPR Agreements “Rollover” Agreements (issued in 2008 or 2009): will be modified by the Contracting Officer in spring 2010 to allow for updating of clauses and requirements, vendor repricing and new dispatch priority lists based on the repricing. Modifications will be sent to vendor from the Contracting Officer.
