Employment Opportunity Computer Workstation
The US Forest Service has installed Employment Opportunity Computer Workstations at all Forest Supervisor's Offices in Region 5. They will also be installing workstations at each of our Ranger District Offices soon.
The computer workstations are designed to provide free public access to Forest Service employment opportunities. There are two resources available to the public, Region 5 Enhanced Outreach and AVUE).
Outreach Opportunities are early outreach notices of jobs that can be found in the Region 5 Enhanced Outreach website at outreach.fsr5.com/.
Vacancy Announcements are jobs currently open through the Forest Service that can be accessed through AVUE Digital Services (registration required).
Online Applications are jobs that you can apply for online through AVUE Digital services (registration required). This is a secure process that requires you to register with AVUE Digital Services before applying. The website address is: www.avuedigitalservices.com/usfs/applicant.html.

A Toll-Free-Hotline will be open to the public in April. It will provide contact information and where you can locate a computer workstation in your area.
