How will environmental changes affect our land management decisions?

The Regional Forester organized several members of the Regional Leadership Team and the Pacific Southwest Research Station to identify the natural resource management issues that may arise as a result of changes in our climate and how the issues affect our land management decisions.

The Climate Implication Issue Group (CIIG) will scope out the environmental changes that may occur due to climate change and create issue statements that describe the concern. The issues will be prioritized so that regional strategies can be developed to address necessary changes in our management practices.
