Campsites are nestled in a mix of Engelmann spruce, aspen and fir trees. Location: Located 18 miles east of Beaver and 17 miles from Junction.
Elevation: 9,400 feet Season: Usually open from June through September. At this elevations near freezing temperatures can be expected any month of the year. Fee: Camping fee is $10.00, extra vehicles are $5.00 Facilities: Available facilities include 10 camp units, drinking water, 2 vault toilets, tables and grills. Back-in units will accommodate 24' to 30' trailers. Reservations: Campsites are available on a first come first serve basis. Camping limit is 14 consecutive days. ATV Access: There is no ATV use within the campground or on FS Road #137. One mile up Forest Road #137 there is a trailhead that accesses the Paiute ATV Sidetrail. From the trailhead riders can go southwest down South Creek (068) or go north to Forked Flat and Dry Hollow (167). Several loops can be accessed for riders to make an all day trip or just a few hours.
