Te-Ah Campground
Te-ah Campground is nestled in a pocket of aspen trees, Te-ah provides the perfect setting for wildlife viewing and photography. Click each image to see a larger view of the image.

ELEVATION:
9,200 feet
LOCATION:
25 miles east of Cedar City on Highway U-14, then approximately 4.5 miles on the Navajo Lake Road. All roads leading to this campground are paved.
FACILITIES:
- Camping - 41 single units, 1 group unit for bike tour groups (Site 33) with fewer vehicles
Site 33 can hold a maximum of 20 people, but best fits 15. Parking can hold 4 conventional sized vehicles
without trailers, OR 2 vehicles with trailers. This site is reserved on a nightly basis and does not require a 3 night minimum stay on
holiday weekends. Site fee is $25.00 a night. Site 33 has a work space next to the parking for self contained kitchens.
Facilities include 3 picnic tables, a bicycle wash rack, and a bicycle parking rack.
- Accommodates travel trailers and RVs up to 24 feet
- Culinary water from a developed spring
- Fire ring and table at each unit
- Firewood available for sale from concessionaire
- 2 flush toilets, 1 vault toilet
- Central garbage bins
- Trailer dump station adjacent to campground
Camp Site 33 is set up for mountain biking.
ATTRACTIONS:
- Located near Navajo Lake with excellent fishing and boating opportunities
- Commercial boat rentals, launching, lodging and groceries are available at the Behmer Lodge and Landing
and at the Navajo Lake Lodge.
- Excellent hiking and hiking opportunities. Pinks Trail from the upper portion of the campground into Pink Cliff is one-half mile long.
The Virgin River Rim Trail Basin Road has fantastic views of the Virgin River Basin and Zion National Park.
- Excellent wildlife viewing area, especially wild turkey and deer
OPERATING SEASON:
The primary camping season runs from May 21, 2009 through September 20, 2009 with water available (weather permitting). This campground will remain open after September 20 for dry camping. Water will be available until approximately September 20.
FEES:
ATV POLICY:
This campground is closed to operating or unloading of ATV's.
The entire Navajo Lake basin is closed to any and all ATV use. ATV's may be hauled into
and out of the campgrounds on a trailer but not unloaded or ridden anywhere within
the Navajo Lake basin.
