Duck Creek Campground
Duck Creek Campground lies adjacent to Duck Creek Pond and Duck Creek, both excellent fishing waters. This picturesque spot rests beneath a sheltering canopy of ponderosa pine and aspen; it provides easy access to several recreational activities and breathtaking scenery. The Duck Creek Visitor Center provides useful information to help visitors make the most of their experience on the Dixie National Forest. This campground has an ATV parking area and allows ATV use. Please read the campground ATV policy.

-Ponderosa Group Area will accommodate 15 vehicles and up to 150 people
-Duck Creek Group Area will accommodate 15 vehicles and up to 150 people
-Wagon Train Group Camping Area will accommodate 4 vehicles and up to 50 people
-Roundup Group Camping Area will accommodate 4 vehicles and up to 50 people
ATTRACTIONS:
- Duck Creek Pond, Duck Creek, Duck Lake, Aspen, Mirror Lake, and Navajo Lake offer excellent fishing opportunities
- Boat rental and launching available at Navajo Lake 5 miles west
- Food services, lodging, groceries, gasoline and laundry are available at Duck Creek Village - 3 miles east
- Forest Service Visitor Center across the road at the Ranger Station
- Excellent hiking , biking, and scenery in the vicinity

OPERATING SEASON:
The primary camping season is from May 14, 2009 through September 30, 2009 with water and campground host available. (Weather permitting). Loop A will remain open for dry camping. Water will be available until approximately September 30, 2008. A vault toilet will be available.
Please check the Campground Status web page for information on specific loops within this campground. Some loops stay open longer than others.

ATV POLICY:
The Duck Creek Campground has a new ATV parking area on the northeast corner of Loop D. This parking area is surfaced (road base), fenced around the perimeter, and is for ATV use only. No trailers or vehicles with wheelbases greater than 50 inches will be allowed in the parking area. ATV's will be allowed to park in the designated parking area and access the trail system from there. Ingress and egress to and from individual campsites will not be allowed. Unloading of ATV's anywhere in the campground outside of the parking area will not be allowed. All vehicles with a wheelbase greater than 50 inches must be trailered out of the campground. ATV's may be chained to the parking lot fence if individuals desire to do so.
