Cherry Springs Natura Area
Cherry Springs Nature Area is located five miles southwest of Pocatello, The Area is barrier-free and has a series of interpretive nature trails, an information kiosk and an outdoor amphitheater. Mink Creek passes through the site, and there are barrier-free fishing platforms. Many species of migratory birds frequent the Cherry Springs area. During 1999, the Cherry Springs Nature Area will be the focus of added interpretive work due to a grant from the Chief's Natural Resouce Agenda grant program.
