Use: Light
Seasons: Spring, Summer, Fall, Winter
Highest and Lowest Points: 10,300 feet and 9,550 feet
Trail Access: Johnson Mesa, Skyline Trail 251

Description:

The start of the trail can be difficult to find. It is located in the treeline between the Johnson Mesa campground and the entrance road to the camping area at the west end of the meadow. The trail follows a ridge to the west just above and to the north of the road. At some points the trail is right alongside the road. The trail continues down the ridge as the road winds along the south slope. The trail and road eventually converge and the last quarter mile of the road coincides with the trail. THe road soon deadends and the trail continues to the west and northwest through dense forest. Several small streams will be found toward the top of the divide. Na-na-ka Trail ends at the junction with the Skyline Trail 251.
