Forestry & Forest Health
The
information we're providing relates to our primary role
in helping manage your National Forests. That role centers
around forest trees: their character, how they live and
grow, what they provide, the insects and diseases that affect
those trees, and on forest management activities related
to these items.
Trees are important to many other forest resources. Staff units who focus on these other resources also host web pages, as do many of our National Forest headquarters offices. You may want to check them out too. We all work together to manage your National Forest lands.
