Permits for Forest Products

Permits are required to collect firewood, wildings, Christmas trees and other forest products on National Forest land. Each of our eleven National Forests in Arizona and New Mexico manages their own forest product areas and programs. The type of products available, season, permit conditions, and prices vary somewhat between locations.

Where available, Christmas tree permits are offered in the fall.
