The Carson National Forest is committed to designating roads, trails, and areas open to motorized traffic by October 2009.

This timeline includes the following steps:

2008: Scoping, Pubic Comments on Proposed Action, Analysis of Comments & Alternative Development.

2009: NEPA Document Preparation, Notice and Comment Period (30 Days), Decision Document and Implementation.
