Rodeo-Chediski Fire / Salvage Team

Our Team's basic mission is to facilitate the processes of salvaging the dead and dying timber left in the wake of the Rodeo-Chediski Fire. Other team duties include, but not exclusive are to improve and repair the travel routes and drainage systems, reduce fuel loading, continue with the rehabilitation and analysis of all resources and generally lend nature a hand in the recovery from the fire.

STATUS OF PROJECT, MAY 2007

There is no new information at this time. All information currently on the fire salvage project Web site will be made part of the historical record, but will still be available for review.

The 5-year anniversary of the Rodeo-Chediski Fire occurs this year. A review is underway of the fire salvage project over that last 5 years. Once documentation is complete, it will be made available on this site.
