1908—The 1908 Ranger meeting at Douglas, Arizona. Probably made by a commerical photographer. All of the number people are named in the file copy including Arthur Ringland (3), the Regional Forester who moved as the picture was made, and Robert Selkirk (5), the Forest Supervisor. Selkirk took over from M. W. Hockaday in October 1908, so the photo was probably taken late that year.
