Elk Wallow Campground

Access

Elk Wallow is located 40 miles east of Carbondale, adjacent to the North Fork of the Fryingpan River. This campground is most suited for guests looking for a quiet, relatively primitive setting.

Facilities

Camping units for autos, pickup campers, tents, small trailers andmotorhomes.

One vault type toilet.

Camping units have tables, firerings, and parking spurs.

Campground roads are not paved.

Drinking water is not available.

No reservations - "first come first served"
