AccessIn La Jara, CO, at intersection of State Rt. 285 and County Rt. 15, take Rt. 15 west 10.6 miles to FDR 255 (Forest Rt. 255). Turn left onto Rt. 255 (dirt) and go 11.4 miles to intersection with Forest Rt. 250. Continue straight on Rt. 250 and go 3.3 miles to campground sign. Turn left at sign into campground. AttractionsThis is a quiet little campground, nestled among spruce and some deciduous trees, located along the Alamosa River with some sites overlooking the river. The campground, pack it in, pack it out, is convenient to the Terrace Reservoir, Alamosa Trail and several off-road trails. ConsiderationsFishing Nearby.
