Access

The Snowslide Trail also has two access points.
The first is 8 miles Northwest of Rye on State Highway 165 at Lake Isabel Recreation area on Forest Service Road # 376.

The second access is located off of Forest Service Road # 360, Forest Service Road # 352. The trail is 5.7 miles long, and the trail is moderate for hiking. The elevation starts at 8,720 feet at trailhead and tops out at 11,500 feet a gain in elevation of 2,780 feet.
