SEC_BREAK subclass: (Section Breakdowns) This subclass is a subset of the SP (Survey Parcel) subclass containing only those parcels with survey_type A or L (aliquot parts or Government Lots). Aliquot parts are the even fractional parts of a section such as 1/2, 1/4, or 1/16, typically a multiple of 40 acres. Lots are similar but define parcels with odd acreage. No user attributes except sec_break_id link item.
SECTIONS subclass: This subclass portrays sections, the primary land description unit of the Public Land Survey System containing (nominally) one square mile or 640 acres. Two user attributes: 1) section -- the section number, usually 1-36, but 3 digits are provided. 2) sections_ID -- a random number used to link to the Oracle records.
SP subclass: (Survey Parcels) This subclass displays uniquely named or numbered parcels defined by the Public Land Survey System survey process. Six user attributes: 1) section -- the section number, usually 1-36, but 3 digits are provided. 2) survey_type -- a one digit code with 28 possible values. 3) survey_number -- 5 character. 4) survey-suffix -- 2 character. 5) alqt_part_code -- 40 character field containing an abbreviated fractional legal land description, which is populated ONLY for parcels where survey_type = A (for aliquot). 6) sp_id -- a random number used to link to Oracle records.
