Current Status:
First ten sites outside the gate are available until blocked by
snow.
These sites are available for camping to groups who are self-contained.
This means that groups should have a camper or RV with toilet facilities.
There are no restroom facilities available this time of year. People
must be prepared for temperatures that drop into the single digits
or below zero at night. When the sites become blocked with snow,
they will not be plowed open and will no longer be unavailable.
An ANRA daily or annual pass is required for the use of these areas
in the ANRA. Passes are available at the self-serve fee machines
in the ANRA (credit cards only) or at the Sulphur Ranger District
office (cash, check or credit card) at 9 Ten Mile Drive, Granby,
CO, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Annual pass
voucher receipts obtained from the fee machines should be redeemed
for the actual pass card at the Sulphur Ranger District office at
one’s earliest convenience.
