Those intending to overnight camp in the nearby Indian Peaks Wilderness should contact the Boulder Ranger District (303-541-2500) regarding specific regulations that apply. Dogs are allowed in the campground and in the wilderness, but must be on a leash at all times. Camp Dick is normally full for the weekend by early Friday afternoon, so plan to arrive early or consider making a reservation. Peaceful Valley Campground is approximately one mile east of Camp Dick and has 17 sites, 8 of which are reservable.
