Watersheds are Everywhere

Did you know that you live, eat, work, and play in a watershed?

Watersheds are everywhere and are defined as the land area that drains to a certain location, which is generally a stream.

Watersheds are systems that connect all living and non-living things in a specific area through a common resource....water!

Watersheds include lakes and streams, wildlife, forests, fish, roads and communities.
