The Forest Service on Prince of Wales Island actively participates on local Watershed Councils. Resource specialists have been available for technical support to local organized watershed councils.

  • Identify and Implement Restoration

  • Facilitate Restoration
    Implementation
  • Pursue and administer Grant Opportunities

Existing Watershed Councils on Prince of Wales Island Include:

  • Klawock Watershed Council
  • Kasaan Bay Watershed Council
