Forest Service Interpreter Robin Hasselquist readies the new Tongass National Forest, Hoonah Ranger District interpretive site for opening day.

New Forest Service Interpretive Site at Hoonah

 

The new Interpretive Site and Icy Strait Point.  This site is operated in cooperation with Icy Strait Point to inform visitors about the Tongass National Forest through which they have been traveling.  Here the visitor can find information about wildlife, fish, birds, plants, and ecosystems of the Tongass National Forest.
